Synthesis of the case study
The concept of 'Forest School' has origins in Scandinavia and got adopted in schools in the UK. It's aim is to provide children with greater understanding of the world through academic, creative and physical development and last but not least developing their personal and communication skills. This study primarily focus on the benefits of physical activity in Forest Schools, in order to investigate if these school sessions increase levels of physical activity of children.
